My Role: Freelance Graphic Design & Illustration
I collaborated closely with the CEO of Eleven Peppers to design the Team Lead Excellence Awards, creating custom illustrations tailored to three unique themes provided by the client. I presented two refined sketch concepts per theme allowing the client to select the direction. Utilizing the company’s established brand guidelines, I developed and finalized each design, ensuring it aligned with their brand's playful personality.
